Eeeeek, it’s almost here, my friend! I’m putting up this sweet throwback picture of me and my boys since we’re talking about my absolute FAVORITE holiday…ST. PATRICK’S DAY! Call it the Irish girl in me, or the fact that I’ve celebrated while IN Dublin some years ago, but it’s just the most magical day 🙂 And to help spread the cheer I’m rounding up all of my favorite St. Patrick’s Day blog post and ideas here below! So get ready to celebrate and bust out a little jig because these ideas below will get you good and lucky just in time for the day!
My Favorite St. Patrick’s Day Books for Kids
There are few things I love more than a themed kiddo’s book! There are so many benefits to books centered around holidays and events as your children experience them to help them fall in love with reading! I’ve rounded up our FAVS all in one post for you to click and grab in time for the day! Check them all out in this post HERE.
FREE Printable Leprechaun Scavenger Hunt Activity
Want a completely FREE activity that your kiddos will go bananas over? Grab my FREE Printable Leprechaun Scavenger Hunt! They may not find the leprechaun at the end, but it will help lead them to some kind of treasure 🙂 Simply download and print the clue cards, follow the instructions for hiding, and leave them some “gold” (candy, gold chocolate coins, etc.) in the final hiding spot! Check out more about this activity and download it in this post HERE.
Festive Rainbow Breakfast Board
This cute fruit platter would make the PERFECT breakfast or snack for your littles (or grown-ups!) on St. Patrick’s Day! Simply arrange the fruit in a rainbow shape with some “gold” at the bottom. The fruits I personally used were:
- orange slices
- green apple slices
- raspberries or blackberries
There you go, friend…you’re ready to celebrate! I hope these ideas help you make your own memories and I hope you find a 4 leaf clover or two 🙂
